What you'll do

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management
• coach staff on sales and client engagement
• manage consultations, tours, follow-ups, and client handoffs
• oversee opening and closing, inventory, cleanliness, and scheduling
• monitor sales and membership KPIs
• coordinate local marketing, CRM responses, events, and community outreach.
