What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals
• meet special dietary needs and prepare texture-modified food as directed
• maintain food safety, risk-management, and regulatory records
• monitor food preparation, storage, and handling under HACCP and labeling protocols
• maintain hot, cold, refrigerator, and freezer temperature logs
• attend scheduled in-service training.
