What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• follow site-specific procedures and access-control practices
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies
• conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• assist with visitor management, entry screening, and directions
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activities
• communicate relevant information to site leadership and supervisors.
