Call Center Dispatcher

The dispatcher answers customer calls, schedules and dispatches service technicians, communicates appointment updates, maintains accurate service records, and follows up on open calls to help appointments and field work proceed smoothly.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• schedule plumbing and HVAC service calls based on urgency, location, technician availability, and skills
• dispatch technicians and communicate schedule changes
• update customers about appointments and delays
• maintain customer and job information in the dispatch system
• monitor open calls and follow up with technicians
• help resolve scheduling and customer concerns
• support after-hours or rotating coverage when scheduled.
