What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, manage guest access, and maintain access records
• respond calmly to incidents and resident concerns and notify appropriate personnel
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter
• communicate observations and incidents to residents, guests, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership.
