Wound Care Nurse

The Wound Care Nurse role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with pay of $37–$42.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound and skin care
• conduct wound care rounds and document resident skin conditions
• assess skin integrity and related medical history
• implement preventative strategies in care plans
• prioritize wound interventions
• communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• initiate nutritional interventions
• provide direct resident care
• provide appropriate pericare and preventative treatments
• follow infection-control protocols.
