What you'll do

• Plan and prepare balanced meals and snacks in accordance with USDA guidelines, CACFP, and dietary restrictions
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• maintain food inventory and place orders
• coordinate special dietary needs with childcare staff
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation schedules
• keep menu, temperature, allergy, purchasing, and inventory records
• follow DHS and CACFP guidelines and budget requirements.
