• ensure assemblies meet drawings and specifications
• monitor workflow and labor utilization
• support troubleshooting, testing, and factory acceptance testing
• coordinate with engineering, project management, procurement, and quality
• conduct inspections
• enforce safety and quality standards
• train and coach employees
• maintain production documentation
• support continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, inventory, and production planning.
