Program Coordinator — Youth Crisis Stabilization

The Program Coordinator — Youth Crisis Stabilization role is onsite in the Twin Cities metro; the new home’s site is being finalized in Anoka or Ramsey County. Pay is $30 per hour. BrightPath is opening a short-term residential crisis stabilization home for youth with disabilities. This hands-on leadership role combines direct care with program implementation, staff coaching, health and medication coordination, and compliance oversight. It helps establish safe, consistent routines and supports youth through crisis stabilization and transition planning.

What you'll do

• Work five direct-care shifts weekly in ratio
• provide support under individual plans
• assist with daily care, ADLs, medical and mental health needs
• collect program data and prepare progress reports
• participate in interdisciplinary care and transition planning
• coordinate medication records and appointments with nursing
• train and coach staff
• maintain documentation and licensing compliance
• support household purchasing and budget records.
