What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end payroll for field and office employees
• ensure accurate processing by deadlines
• apply payroll tax, deduction, garnishment, and benefit requirements
• interpret union agreements
• coordinate union dues and benefit contributions
• prepare tax filings, W-2s, and reports
• investigate discrepancies
• maintain payroll system data
• partner on system enhancements and automation
• support audits
• maintain procedures and controls
• improve processes
• protect confidential information.
