Receiving Team Lead

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily receiving-team activities
• manage incoming shipments and inspections
• verify quantities and identify damage
• oversee dock appointments
• coordinate deliveries with transportation vendors
• maintain receiving records and reports
• conduct inventory audits
• coordinate material storage and flow
• resolve purchase-order discrepancies with Procurement
• assist with shipping
• train team members
• monitor warehouse KPIs and enforce safety protocols.
