What you'll do

• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal estimates
• review specifications and drawings and develop bid checklists
• maintain estimate backup and supplier pricing information
• coordinate bid preparation and closeout
• participate in pre-bid meetings and bid strategy
• support conceptual estimates
• coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
• perform takeoffs from incomplete drawings.
