What you'll do

• Process policy changes, endorsements, vehicle and driver changes, mortgage updates, billing questions, payment issues, and cancellations
• maintain customer relationships
• contact customers about policy concerns and coverage needs
• handle complaints and investigate concerns
• review policies for accurate information and coverage
• assist customers considering cancellation
• identify coverage adjustments, discounts, and bundling opportunities
• participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
