What you'll do

• Participate in resident screening and admission documentation
• monitor policies and regulatory compliance

• supervise documentation and billing
• review health-related incidents and corrective plans
• recruit and train staff
• coordinate care plans and outside medical services
• oversee medication administration and resident assessments as permitted by licensure
• and perform rotating on-call duties.
