What you'll do

• Review job files, drawings, scope, materials, delivery schedules, labor budgets, and site contacts
• attend planning meetings and coordinate with general contractors and customers
• ensure safety equipment and procedures are followed
• maintain site cleanliness
• supervise and coach crews and subcontractors
• verify and monitor materials
• maintain equipment
• install, repair, or replace roofing systems
• inspect work for compliance and quality
• coordinate punch lists and closeout
• submit daily reports, progress updates, technical questions, and timesheets.
