The instructor delivers group exercise classes, motivates members, and helps create an inclusive and engaging class experience. The role also supports member relationships, attendance tracking, and club communication and training activities.

What you'll do

• Deliver motivational group fitness instruction
• help members pursue fitness goals
• respond to member concerns about classes
• track class attendance
• participate in weekly emails and monthly Zoom meetings
• attend quarterly staff meetings and training
• use the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
