What you'll do

• Lead and support nursing assistants in accordance with regulations, facility policies, and best practices
• complete accurate and timely charting
• prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• provide hands-on nursing care
• maintain a calm, organized, resident-focused environment
• protect resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• maintain clean, safe care areas.
