What you'll do

• Provide responsive care for infants and toddlers
• manage feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• create age-appropriate developmental activities
• observe and document growth, milestones, and behaviors
• communicate with parents and caregivers
• maintain a clean, safe classroom
• follow health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Why this role

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of infant and toddler care experience, a Child Development Associate credential or related coursework, and pediatric CPR and First Aid certification are preferred; certification may be obtained within the required timeframe.
