The Lead Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Boston, MA, with compensation of $110,000–$120,000 per year. What you'll do

• Serve as primary liaison to the COR, CO, and company
• coordinate multiple construction and facilities projects
• oversee contracted project managers
• manage planning, resources, delivery, and technical operations
• monitor performance, budgets, costs, schedules, and deliverables
• implement quality assurance
• ensure contract compliance
• resolve issues
• prepare reports and presentations
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• support logistics, workforce planning, and resource forecasting.
