What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and facility surfaces
- perform Clean-in-Place and Clean-Out-of-Place procedures
- disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning
- conduct pre-operational inspections and complete sanitation logs
- follow GMP, HACCP, and company sanitation protocols
- handle cleaning chemicals safely
- report equipment damage or sanitation issues
- follow the Master Sanitation Schedule.
