What you'll do

• Direct and supervise memory care staff
• coordinate program goals and care plans
• schedule department work and ensure staffing
• provide or arrange staff training
• coordinate admissions and assessments
• maintain individualized 24-hour care plans
• support activities suited to residents’ preferences and abilities
• communicate with families and community partners
• participate in assigned weekend Manager on Duty coverage and emergency response.
