What you'll do

• Build and manage a territory of physician practices and referral sources
• visit physicians, practice managers, referral coordinators, and office staff
• maintain referral relationships
• communicate clinic services and treatment capabilities
• identify referral sources and business-development opportunities
• develop outreach and community marketing plans
• track outreach, referral trends, conversion, and clinic volume using CRM tools
• follow up with referral partners
• coordinate with clinical and administrative teams
• gather provider feedback and participate in healthcare networking and community events.
