Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

The Behavioral Health Technician role is onsite in Atlanta, GA, with starting pay of $17 per hour; compensation is negotiable based on experience. Southern Live Oak Wellness provides evidence-based behavioral health services across PHP, day and evening IOP, residential treatment, and specialized inpatient programs. The technician supports client safety and well-being in a structured therapeutic environment. The role provides direct supervision, assists with daily activities and program schedules, documents client behavior and progress, reinforces treatment goals, and helps de-escalate crisis situations in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
