People Generalist — Evening Shift

The People Generalist works onsite in Springfield, MO, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday, generally 12:00–8:30 p.m. or 1:00–9:30 p.m. The annual salary range is $80,000–$95,000. The role supports Vital Farms’ People Team and crew members at the plant, contributing to the company’s mission of improving lives through ethically produced food.

What you'll do

• Provide routine employee-relations support
• coach supervisors on policy application
• assist with documentation, investigations, and offboarding
• coordinate onsite training and orientation
• administer HRIS and employee records
• prepare reports
• support attendance and payroll processes
• manage unemployment documentation and verification requests
• and partner with Talent Acquisition and site leaders.
