Job overview

Director of Home Delivery is a hybrid role based in Baltimore, MD, with travel to carrier facilities, distribution centers, and delivery markets at least every other month or as needed. What you'll do

• Own outbound logistics strategy, performance, and cost across parcel, freight, and White Glove delivery
• manage carrier relationships and quarterly business reviews
• lead carrier negotiations, RFPs, and contract renewals
• own cost and delivery KPIs
• design and expand the delivery network
• optimize middle-mile lanes and routing
• reduce transit damage with packaging, product, and carrier partners
• use TMS, AI, and automation tools to improve workflows
• report quality and spend trends
• build and develop the outbound logistics team.
