The Special Education Reading Tutor role is an onsite opportunity in Naperville, IL. Pay is $50–$80 per hour, depending on experience. The tutor provides individualized, data-informed reading instruction tailored to the student’s learning style. The work uses multisensory phonics, sight words, and hands-on learning to build foundational literacy and confidence for an autistic learner.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one reading intervention
• use multisensory phonics, sight-word work, phonemic awareness, and hands-on learning
• adapt instruction to the student’s learning style and needs
• track progress with data and use it to inform instruction.
