What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following safety and security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• investigate alarms and dispatch patrols or alert fire services or police as needed
• assist company employees with safety and security concerns
• monitor employee travel safety and security
• use access control, alarm monitoring, business intelligence, media, internet, and in-house tools to detect and report potential incidents.
