What you'll do

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on manufacturer warranty, policy, and goodwill claims
• review repair orders and supporting documentation
• track claims through payment and address rejected, suspended, or unpaid claims
• monitor chargebacks and adjustments
• research discrepancies
• maintain audit-ready records
• coordinate warranty audits
• communicate policy updates
• work with service and parts departments to address documentation and process deficiencies.
