Property Caretaker

What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations of assigned homes
• identify improvements and support process enhancements
• respond to guest and homeowner concerns and escalate issues
• perform light home maintenance
• inspect properties before guest and owner arrivals
• assist the management team when new units join the portfolio
• support other team functions as needed.
