What you'll do

• Supervise overnight patrol operations and routes
• train and develop patrol officers using field training processes
• ensure assigned routes and patrols are completed
• maintain runsheets, route efficiency, and key control
• oversee vehicle inspections and maintenance reporting
• manage patrol room equipment and inventory
• conduct field checks and site inspections
• respond to call-outs, emergencies, customer concerns, and performance issues
• ensure post orders and incident reporting are followed.
