The EMG Scheduling and Physician Relations Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Pocatello, ID, paying $18–$24 per hour. Mountain Land Physical Therapy’s vision is to provide a primary care physical therapist for everyone; this role is part of Clinical Operations and supports EMG services. The lead manages central scheduling and support, converting EMG referrals into scheduled evaluations through accurate, responsive patient coordination. The role also supports diagnostic operations and regional physician outreach to improve access and service.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the central scheduling and support team
• ensure accurate, timely EMG test scheduling and patient support
• track scheduling metrics and resolve barriers
• coordinate regional marketing initiatives
• support physician outreach and relationship management
• develop and deliver training for scheduling and outreach workflows
• partner with clinical and operations leaders to improve access and service.
