What you'll do

• Conduct intake interviews and assist with treatment plans and discharge planning
• assess clinical needs and potential crises
• provide individual and group counseling as assigned
• monitor and document progress
• complete clinical notes and hourly rounds
• provide shift coverage and client supervision
• support daily living skills and activities
• link clients with primary care and community resources
• participate in staff and shift-change meetings
• maintain professional boundaries.
