What you'll do

• Manage construction projects through pre-construction, bidding, construction, and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, District staff, and public agencies. Review plans, specifications, schedules, submittals, RFIs/RFCs, substitutions, and change orders
• monitor budgets, schedules, progress, payments, and consultant performance. Coordinate District-furnished equipment and oversee DSA and financial closeout.
