What you'll do

• Process inbound and outbound freight for U.S.
• Customs clearance.
• Review and process overage and unmanifested shipments.
• Coordinate with customs officials and internal departments to resolve clearance delays.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Utilize DHL systems for shipment tracking, entry processing, and operational reporting.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and customs regulations.
