What you'll do

• Repair mobile devices and tablets, including screens, batteries, and ports
• cut and program automotive key fobs
• install automotive, commercial, and specialty batteries
• perform diagnostics and testing
• document repairs
• advise customers on repairs, timelines, and warranties
• assist with retail sales, inventory, and operational tasks
• maintain a clean and safe service bench
• participate in training and certification.
