Front Desk Customer Service Representative, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Greet families and swimmers
• answer calls and questions
• follow up with prospective families
• help families select classes and complete registrations
• support enrollment and sales
• coordinate birthday and pool parties
• resolve customer concerns
• process purchases
• check students in and maintain attendance records
• support safety procedures and assist with first aid when necessary.
