What you'll do

• Oversee hotel operations across assigned properties
• lead, mentor, and evaluate General Managers and executive teams
• ensure company initiatives and Marriott standards are followed
• lead openings, transitions, renovations, and special projects
• oversee guest experience, quality assurance, and brand programs
• manage budgets, forecasts, capital planning, and financial reporting
• monitor performance indicators and implement corrective action
• partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing
• recruit, develop, and retain leaders
• oversee compliance, risk management, emergency preparedness, life safety, and asset protection.
