What you'll do

• Lead Property Managers responsible for a diverse property portfolio
• maintain client relationships
• assist with property operations, leasing, and capital improvement strategies
• review and approve budgets, monthly financial reports, and annual CAM reconciliations
• coach and mentor Property Managers
• guide larger operational and capital projects
• conduct preventative site inspections
• assist with service contract negotiations
• support onboarding new assets
• contribute to standard operating procedures and team training.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of real estate or property management experience and an active real estate license; 10+ years preferred. CPM, RPA, or CCIM certifications preferred.
