What you'll do

• Lead culinary operations from pre-opening through launch and ongoing service
• collaborate with ownership on an Itameshi menu
• recruit, train, mentor, and develop the culinary team
• establish kitchen systems, recipes, standards, and quality controls
• manage purchasing, inventory, food cost, labor, scheduling, and financial performance
• deliver member, private-event, and special-programming experiences
• partner with front-of-house leadership
• maintain cleanliness, organization, food safety, and operational standards.
