Security Officer

Job overview

The Security Officer role is onsite in Pembroke Pines, FL, at a multifamily residential community. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Patrol residential buildings, parking areas, amenities, and common spaces
• monitor access points and property activity
• document and report suspicious activity, hazards, and incidents
• respond to disturbances, safety concerns, and emergencies
• contact law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate
• enforce community rules consistently and without discrimination
• post notices and signage as directed
• maintain activity logs and incident reports
• assist residents and guests with general inquiries
• monitor surveillance systems and security equipment when applicable
• protect confidential resident and property information.
