Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is an onsite position in Houston, TX. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The role supports leasing and resident services for PRECISION MANAGEMENT’s residential community. The consultant guides prospective residents from initial inquiry through lease signing and supports retention through responsive service. Accurate leasing administration, follow-up, and coordination with property management and maintenance help support occupancy and resident needs.

What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community, apartments, and amenities
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• guide applicants through leasing and lease signing
• complete leasing paperwork and administrative tasks
• maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, policies, and community features
• follow up with prospects
• assist with resident retention, marketing, outreach, and events as needed
• coordinate with property management and maintenance
• follow company policies and applicable regulations.

Why this role
