Hotel Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Respond to reported work orders and perform general repairs
• conduct preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces, and on equipment
• assist with pool-area maintenance according to company standards and applicable codes
• maintain the lawn, landscaping, and parking lot
• keep maintenance areas and equipment clean, organized, and secured
• maintain basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool, and elevator operation
• use common power and hand tools safely
• assist team members and departments as needed.
