The architect provides owner-side technical leadership for data center facility planning and delivery, coordinating stakeholders and reviewing design work to uphold standards, life-safety requirements, and project objectives across the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Owner’s architectural subject matter expert
• coordinate with stakeholders, design consultants, construction managers, and general contractors
• administer design documentation
• review architectural packages for life safety, egress, ADA compliance, signage, site planning, and core data center design
• develop design standards, campus planning guidelines, and prototype templates
• review Basis of Design documents and 30%, 65%, and 100% construction documentation packages.
