What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations
• plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• direct foremen and crews
• review drawings, specifications, schedules, and requirements
• develop short-term plans and look-ahead schedules
• coordinate with general contractors, trades, vendors, and stakeholders
• monitor productivity and project performance
• partner with project managers on planning, procurement, scheduling, and changes
• ensure installation quality
• identify constructability issues and conflicts
• maintain daily reports
• participate in project meetings
• support commissioning, punch lists, turnover, and closeout
• enforce safety requirements
• build relationships with customers and field teams.
