The HVAC Installers — Commercial Retrofit role is onsite in Hartford, CT. Pay is $25–$42 per hour, commensurate with experience. Installers remove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment and install modern systems and controls. The role supports retrofit projects by completing wiring and rough-in work, following applicable codes, communicating with customers, and coordinating with crew members.
What you'll do
- Remove and replace commercial HVAC equipment
- install VAV and VRF systems and building controls
- run low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work
- assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation
- follow applicable codes
- communicate with customers onsite
- coordinate with crew members to meet project schedules.
