The Front Desk Team Member — Briarwood works onsite in Ann Arbor, MI. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The role supports Planet Fitness’s mission to provide an affordable, high-value, non-intimidating fitness environment. The team member assists members with questions and services, communicates in person and through other channels, and helps maintain a clean and safe club. The position contributes to a welcoming member experience and the day-to-day operation of the fitness center.

What you'll do

• Communicate with members and team members in person, by phone, and in writing
• use prepared scripts for member services
• use technology to assist members
• complete CPR and AED certification and perform CPR or use the AED when needed
• understand and demonstrate exercise equipment
• clean and maintain restrooms, locker areas, showers, spa amenities, entryway, club floor, and equipment
• follow safety and sanitization guidelines
• work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
