What you'll do

• Direct daily field operations, crew dispatch, and logistics
• oversee warehouse inventory, equipment maintenance, and vehicle logistics
• develop standardized procedures and safety guidelines
• track crew performance and profitability
• support budgeting
• enforce DOT and local transport compliance
• work as a lead mover and primary driver
• assist with loading, packing, and unloading
• guide crews on-site.
