What you'll do

• Review, interpret, and flow mandatory requirements
• Create and manage Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Issue RFI and RFQ packages
• Conduct flow-down analyses
• Negotiate and manage supplier pricing, cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Execute Subcontracts, NDAs, and Leasing Agreements
• Write contract letters
• Support proposal costing efforts
• Manage supplier performance.
