What you'll do

• Respond to telephone and in-person service requests
• greet and direct patients and visitors
• register patients and complete check-in/check-out
• update files and accounts
• schedule patients and manage provider flow
• collect fees, issue receipts, and balance the daily till
• explain office procedures and assist with forms
• maintain and scan records
• verify insurance benefits and explain estimated costs
• protect confidential records
• open and secure the office as directed.
