What you'll do
- Assist Contracts Officers with negotiating nondisclosure, subcontract, license, and other agreements
- support proposal, award, and subcontract processing
- prepare documents and materials for senior staff
- collect information from faculty and other stakeholders
- document and monitor negotiations in the contract management system
- review agreements and summarize terms into actionable data
- identify issues for compliance review and shepherd agreements through approvals
- educate internal stakeholders on relevant issues.
